The stay and the hospitality was excellent

Great location, close to train station, city centre and botanic garden. Breakfast is good but can still be better.

During check-in, the staff were not very friendly. However, there was one Chinese front desk staff member who was extremely friendly and helpful. Before we checked in, we left our luggage at the counter and she patiently guided and explained everything to us. She also offered to help us book a taxi when we were in a rush.
Although the room was cleaned daily, the toiletries were not replenished. Items such as shower caps, tissues, and others were not refilled, and even when our tea bags ran out, they were not replaced.

转机回国住一夜，房间还算大的，也比较乾净，离火车站走路几分钟，位置非常方便。二站地面电车可以到达码头，去芬兰堡很方便。去机场30分钟火车直达。

就在火车站广场旁边。很好找。如果从火车站下车不走进站大楼，面对火车站大楼有一条路可以直接到酒店。
酒店离赫尔辛基港维京轮渡只有1点4公里左右，走路也可以到达。
酒店的早餐很好吃，其他中规中矩。

We stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel located at the central area, it’s very convenient for getting around as the main sightseeing spots are easily accessible, just 10-15 minutes walking distance. We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.

駅からも近く、ホテルの入口、フロントもきちんとした感じです。チェックイン前に着いたのですが、荷物は预かってもらえました。ロビーにはレモン水やオレオ、果物などおいてありました。アメニティーは、シャンプー?コンディショナーくらいですが、お部屋も十分、荷物を広げることもできました。2阶にサウナ?シャワーがあるので、お部屋のシャワーは使いませんでした。
朝食は品数もあり美味しかったです。

距离市中心车站非常近。要去景点的距离用走的可以到达。早餐非常丰盛美味。用餐环境非常好。非常值得信赖的

房间设定好，床也很舒服，被子厚度和室内的温度匹配，睡的很舒服。酒店地点很方便，就在中央火车站对面，吃饭非常方便，去主要景点步行都不远。酒店早餐品种较多，热牛奶，各式咖啡，果汁，各式麪包，培根，香肠，鸡蛋，香蕉，柑橘，苹果都有。很不错的酒店。
