The stay and the hospitality was excellent

Great location, close to train station, city centre and botanic garden. Breakfast is good but can still be better.

During check-in, the staff were not very friendly. However, there was one Chinese front desk staff member who was extremely friendly and helpful. Before we checked in, we left our luggage at the counter and she patiently guided and explained everything to us. She also offered to help us book a taxi when we were in a rush.
Although the room was cleaned daily, the toiletries were not replenished. Items such as shower caps, tissues, and others were not refilled, and even when our tea bags ran out, they were not replaced.

轉機回國住一夜，房間還算大的，也比較乾凈，離火車站走路幾分鐘，位置非常方便。二站地面電車可以到達碼頭，去芬蘭堡很方便。去機場30分鐘火車直達。

就在火車站廣場旁邊。很好找。如果從火車站下車不走進站大樓，面對火車站大樓有一條路可以直接到酒店。
酒店離赫爾辛基港維京輪渡只有1點4公里左右，走路也可以到達。
酒店的早餐很好吃，其他中規中矩。

We stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel located at the central area, it’s very convenient for getting around as the main sightseeing spots are easily accessible, just 10-15 minutes walking distance. We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.

駅からも近く、ホテルの入口、フロントもきちんとした感じです。チェックイン前に著いたのですが、荷物は預かってもらえました。ロビーにはレモン水やオレオ、果物などおいてありました。アメニティーは、シャンプー?コンディショナーくらいですが、お部屋も十分、荷物を広げることもできました。2階にサウナ?シャワーがあるので、お部屋のシャワーは使いませんでした。
朝食は品數もあり美味しかったです。

距離市中心車站非常近。要去景點的距離用走的可以到達。早餐非常豐盛美味。用餐環境非常好。非常值得信賴的

房間設定好，床也很舒服，被子厚度和室內的溫度匹配，睡的很舒服。酒店地點很方便，就在中央火車站對面，吃飯非常方便，去主要景點步行都不遠。酒店早餐品種較多，熱牛奶，各式咖啡，果汁，各式麪包，培根，香腸，雞蛋，香蕉，柑橘，蘋果都有。很不錯的酒店。
